What MeetingNote is
MeetingNote turns recordings, Zoom calls, YouTube videos, documents, images, podcasts, and plain text into structured notes: a transcript, an AI-generated summary, action items with owners and deadlines, and, where it's useful, flashcards and quizzes for study review.
Every product claim on this site is checked against the actual application before it's published. Features, capture types, and workflows described here are things the product does, not marketing copy written first and matched to the app later.
Who's behind it
MeetingNote is built and maintained by the MeetingNote team, part of Feynman EinsteinAI Note Taker OÜ. Articles remain authored by the organization and name the real person responsible for editorial and technical review of their English source content.

Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Metin Altinbas is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of MeetingNote. With a background in computer science and information systems engineering, he leads the product's technical direction and reviews MeetingNote's English source content for product and technical accuracy.

MeetingNote is the responsible publisher. We stabilize the English source first, check product behavior against the application and repository, and use primary sources with a visible verification date when an external fact can change, such as a competitor's pricing or features.
AI tools may assist research, drafting, translation, and automated checks. Metin reviews the English source articles for product and technical accuracy. That review does not count as fluent review of every translation; a localized route is marked human-reviewed only after a real, fluent reviewer signs off on that locale.
We update a publication date only when the content changes meaningfully. If you find an error, email the correction and the affected URL to the address below so the MeetingNote team can verify and fix it.
